Track Record

●

An approved supplier for Barking & Dagenham for 11 years, we were instructed on over 60 matters including, drafting standard forms of large, medium and small services and consultancy contracts, contracts for specific social care, housing and other projects.

●

We are providing cover for an authority on specialist procurement problems and projects including construction/works, services and miscellaneous contracts often responding speedily and advising on whether there has been compliance with the public procurement regime.

●

Currently advising an authority on a £40 million new school procurement, considering possible frameworks, collaborative contracting and the preferred form of contract and procurement route.

●

Advised several local authority clients and a charity on the new competitive dialogue process from beginning to end.

●

Advised several times on the implications of abandoning a procurement including provision of safe methodologies.
