2007/2009:  Two projects for Spelthorne Borough Council; a three-party housing/social care project and a five-party health, community services and libraries project. We advised on the property and nomination aspects together with the interface with the care arrangements.

Extensive advice to Hertsmere Borough Council on Elstree Film Studios including corporate and other advice.

●

A lease and nomination agreement between Cambridge City Council and a charity to set up a hostel for recovering alcoholics.

●

Advice to Lee Valley Regional Park Authority on a sports development partnership and its transfer to a university.

●

IT contracts for the Commission for Racial Equality and Lee Valley Regional Park Authority.
