We have advised on and drafted numerous standard and bespoke social care contracts for children, adults and older people (residential and home care), including pursuant to the Sure Start, Children Fund and Supporting People schemes; each takes account of future funding uncertainties. Our contracts have stood up to scrutiny when terminated early.
